Confused about the cost given for some of the albergues
Hi Tonya.. on the PDF list of albergues many have an email address.. Why don't you email a few a find out about the prices. Safety?? nothing to worry about. Walking poles or not
Sorry i have not read all 100 posts but. I just got back and ... Carrying or not should not even be a questions... BUY AND BRING THEM ALONG . You will thank me later. It provides you with a lot of support in the descends...especially on the rocky paths (when used correctly of course). FORGET...- JHopp11

How Busy will this be?
From where to where are you walking? You are starting late, as in, many spanish students are also walking the camino. Although busy, most of them only walk the last part from Saria. You can of course call to an albergue ahead to reserve a bed, but what fun is that. It does take away some worries...- JHopp11
