      I walked 220 km on my last Camino and I ate and drunk my self senseless over the 220km . I weighed myself at home ready to face the music and I had gained 1.2kg .. it was worth it..still laugh about it

      Whilst at home, I tend not to walk in to town with my underwear hanging on the outside of my bag. Tried it once . . . People can be so unkind . . . . . . A positive was getting some great recommendations for therapists in the local area 🤣

      Ive done that before on a trek when my feet swelled up. I also always take a thin pair of socks than I’d usually prefer just to give my feet heaps of room while swelling lasts. I try drink lots of water. Someone told me that helps don’t know why.
