How accessible and frequent are bathrooms on the Camino?
I had the similar health concern myself when I did the Camino Frances in 2016. I found they were plentiful in restaurants/cafes along the way but sometimes they will ask that you buy something. So I would buy something small and then ask to use the washroom. But I recall two days of long walks...- ianmohammed
