    Oh there's a fix for that: take a bunch of dates/nuts/raisins squash them together that's called a protein bar a-la-carte :) What about Tea , esp for the Brits

    All sounds wonderful , a few kms under the belt i'm sure adds atmosphere and appreciation for the morning cuppa + nibbles. Not one for breakfasts - my multi vitamins/mineral is purrfect. A piece of fruit /health bar sounds like a good thing to source though Cheers my dears .

    Thnk you mspath ,that's a great relief, you've taken a huge weight from me as my budget will be able cover those times I might stroll in to a town at 3/4pm and find the municipals full. Though I understand its better to book the night before setting off in the morning?

    my work around is to transfer .pdf manually in windows from PC to Android.
