Cobblestones and Setts
I'm 75 and just finished the Portuguese coastal route. I have an ankle joint replacement, foot and balance problems. I was the one in the group with no falls, blisters, foot pain. The cobblestones/setts can cause foot pain after a long day, but I also had Hokas with orthotics and they worked...- nissa

I say don’t miss going over the Pyrenees. I’ve done it twice…once sunny and stunning, once with fog and rain….both amazing experiences. It was the highlight of the entire walk.- nissa
