Hi, We have been wearing the 1000 mile socks on very long walks for the past 8 months and they DO live up to their reputation. We have now bought the Fusion type but haven't worn them yet. We're sold on this product for no blisters, comfort and not being tooooo hot in hiking boots!- MINERVAUK
