Would like to walk part of the camino frances in January. The goal would be 300 km in 14 days.Any suggestions as to the most feasible route considering the weather. Thanks in advance.
SHOULD I BE TAKING A SLEEPING BAG FOR LATTER PART OF MAY ? TRYING TO KEEP THE WEIGHT DOWN BUT ALSO WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE . I AM A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT OVERCROWDING AS IT SEEMS TO BE GETTING QUITE BUSY .
I am doing the same trip in May and plan to walk from the cathederal in Porto.My guide books are pretty definitive so i dont forsee any problems except that it will be busy through the city and crossing one major highway.I plan to walk 18 km the first day. GOOD LUCK :)
