Nope. Just walked the Camino and I am not vaccinated and haven’t ever had Covid. I haven’t even had the sniffles since I retired from teaching four years ago. We have traveled to several countries and with friends who are vaccinated and boosted. The continually get Covid and have to stay longer...
My husband and I just finished a Camiño Portugues central route from Porto to Fisterra-Full of hills and fabulous food; hence, we didn’t lose weight- we gained weight!
Our VERY favorite section was Armentiera to VilaNova de Arousa...the first half or so, of the 15-16 miles walk is riverside and in a green canopy of lusciousness..TONS of waterfalls.
We are still here snd still walking. We finished the official Camino all the way to Fisterra- the end of the world-two days ago. Yesterday, we flew here to Majorca and will be hiking trails here.
I agree about the difficulty in understanding everything. What I found most helpful was reading...
Walked into Spain from Portugal. All we needed to flying to Portugal was a negative test. And we have needed to show nothing else anywhere throughout Portugal and Spain.
