My First Camino
I recently was fitted with an ICD and prior to the fitting was wanting to do a Camino trek from Porto ,Portugal to Santiago ... I believe it is doable with the right preparations and am looking for advice from other ICD users on the best season to do the walk ,plus any ideas on any pre cautions...- Lusotanean
