Anybody use speedgoats?
I wore speedgoat 4 last year when I did the coastal route from Porto to Santiago. This was my 4th camino and the only time I completed one with no blisters. I am leaving on Monday to to do the Del Norte from Bilbao to Santiago and plan on using the speedgoat 5 this time, but l would say shoes...- chan25

HOKA warning
I just completed the Costal way in a pair Hoka Speedgoats and I thought the were were great. If you have a problem with you feet slipping forward in them then try using there heal lock lacing method.- chan25

Travel Health Insurance?
I am 73 and I bought medical/travel insurance for 6 weeks from Allianz for the Camino I am planning for in May. The insurance covers medical as well as covid. wearing a backpack over a pacemaker -- any problem?
I have had my Pacemaker for 4 year now. When I started carrying my osprey 32 liter backpack 2 months after my operation I did have a little discomfort but nothing that prevented me from carrying the pack. I do adjust the waist strap to hold most of the weight. My pack weights around 20 lbs.- chan25
