My husband and I are take a small group in the middle of April. We are planning to take rest days in Burgos and Leon. That will give us a day of sightseeing and relaxing depending on the need. Question (about walking poles) for older walkers
I use poles and when they are not in need I carry them on my backpack. Sometimes I will use 1 pole and that changes it up a bit as I walk and contemplate life! I purchased mine in Madrid ( sports store) on my first Camino 2018 and the tops have a cushion ( soft grip). I will be using them once...- Evie S.

Starting from SJPP on April 11
There will be 4 of us spending the night in SJPP on April 23. Two people will start in St. Jean and two in Orisson meeting up in Roncesvalles. I just did it!
Loved the Camino Costa. Started in Porto finished in Santiago in September 2019. Recommend crossing Rio Nieve and seeing Baselica Santi Jacobi in Castelo do Neiva.- Evie S.
