Hello fellow Pilgrims! I walked the Camino Frances in 2021 and remember fondly a mural painted on the back of a building which depicted, if I recall correctly, a dashed line of the Camino Frances route with a stick figure in different positions as he/she walked the route. Checked the “toe issues” threads... this one is not addressed (so far)
Hi there! I’m so glad you posted this issue. I have the same problem after any long walk. Like you my 2nd toes aren’t any longer than the others, yet they are incredibly bruised and painful after hikes. Strangely it’s the tops of the nails down to the nail bed which are painful- even the thought...- amyshmn
