Training advice.
I got good advice on the way that works for me. Drink 500ml of water at the start of the day and after every 2 hours of walking. Eat an overripe banana every morning with the mid morning coffee. Worked really well for me this year as I felt more energised that ever before. Best of Luck.- Celtic Pilgrim
