Billy, I use a Coccoon silk/cotton coupler, it's rectangular and zippered for easy access. It can be washed and dried easily if necessary weight 290grammes. I use it with an Alpkit Cloud cover which I can best describe as a camping duvet 450 grammes. I have popperd the two together. I start my...

    A Question of Horses

Getting in the way and chewing up the track O's. Saw quite a few over loaded donkeys on my last Camino. As someone who made his living riding horses and doing equine welfare in difficult environments it made my blood boil as so much of it was posturing There just arnt the facilities on the...

Depends were you stay, it shouldn't be a problem but better at end of day. You want dry feet not softened by a shower and a dry towel for the afternoon, if it's raining how will you dry your towel. If it's a chilly morning then a shower will cool you more and your body will take longer to warm up.

    How much training is required?

Hi. Hi everyone worries ... don't. The first day is the hardest and every day after that it gets better until you get home and you bounce off the walls with energy. I left an office job overweight and unfit and came home like Tigger. Your doing plenty of exercise. If your tired do a shorter...
