Attend Mass in Carrion if you can. The welcome from the nuns and the individual blessing on each pilgrim from the priest at the end of mass was very special
We stayed there two weeks ago. No complaints staff efficient and helpful, went for evening prayers with the nuns who were warm and friendly.
As in any city extra care of procession is necessary

Hi have you considered flying to Barcelona then bus or train to Pamplona, the service is supposed to be very frequent and you travel through some wonderful countryside
We are returning for the third time, but this time to to walk a bit longer and stay in the albergues to increase the camino experience.
What is the best way to get from Biarritz to Pamplona please and how long will it take. Thank you for all your past help.

If there is a lot of moisture compeed will not last long and make wound more soggy. Gauze will stick, use a foam adhesive dressing will absorb moisture and give protective cushion. Good luck
We walked from Sarria to Santiago last year and will return this year to start at the beginning. We don't feel we have " the legs" to do the Napoleon route the first day so are walking to Valcarlos our first night. Is it possible to get a taxi from there onto the Napoleon way next morning so we...
