Ahh Robo, thanks for making me laugh! I haven't had any luck yet in getting them to re-issue my paper ticket that didn't arrive in the post to Australia. Your persistence has encouraged me to do the same and get back on facebook - nothing to loose! I will pass on any amusing responses.- Janine V
