@domigee I'm walking the Ingles from Ferrol starting 4 September. I'm assuming it'll be similar in terms of the number of pilgrims walking at that time. Did you find any issues finding a bed for the night? I don't really want to have to book ahead or race for a bed but neither do I want to...

Starting the Ingles on 18 Feb...

So, I'm afraid to say I didn't go in the end, or rather I haven't yet gone. It was an odd decision as the flights were booked but I just couldn't bring myself to go. I hope to rectify this shortly as I'm in a better frame of mind now.

Thanks. I definitely had a prison attitude to my first, I had to finish and I wasn't allowed to rest. I'm taking a different approach this time, to just try and enjoy the experience and live in the moment. If I want to rest I will and if I don't want to finish then that's fine too.

I've just booked my flight to A Coruna for next Saturday, will be starting from Ferrol on Sunday if all goes to plan. This will be my second camino and I wanted something less daunting than the full Frances route which I did last January. I'm a little concerned as I still remember how...
