I agree with the suggestions here for streamlining your clothing list. Our packs were too heavy at beginning of our first Camino and we ended up sending a box ahead from Correos in Burgos to SdC. I am in my mid-60's and have arthritis in my right knee and possible knee tears that have not been...- Dem

Down jacket or No?
I brought a lightweight puff jacket (synthetic, not down) and used it often in the early mornings. I also had a lightweight fleece jacket to start out, but ended up sending it ahead to Santiago, didn't need it.
