I agree, I wouldn’t take any serious advice here other than to commiserate on having the same condition.
I concur with the other response, sundays are pretty locked down. A real day of rest. It was jarring at first, given the 7 day a week culture from where I live, but I really grew to appreciate it.
If you are looking for more ways to improve your gut bacteria, try kefir too. You can also consume kombucha, miso & tempeh. Before a bout of antibiotics, my dr encouraged me to eat a variety of probiotics and not rely on just one or two.
