Hi...George is right about the trail in the rain...can be treacherous. I found the mud constantly caking on my boots...getting bigger and bigger, making walking almost impossible.10k will feel like 100k. When the trail is dry...its stable and well marked. New waymarking on Mozárabe
Peter Robbin`s GPX files for Malaga to Cordoba are accurate too. As for olive groves or anywhere else...gps on a mobile phone is great for any mis steps you make. I use Osmand...its free and takes a while to get used to but I would NEVER walk without it.- aquabilly

Malaga Camino - Mozarabe!
I recently walked from Malaga to Castro del Rio, just short of Cordoba as I ran out of time. As usual, I was wild camping most of the time but hid in some albergues when the weather was thunderstorm level. As ever, I would recommend learning Spanish to some degree as you will struggle otherwise...- aquabilly
