    Leaving Bàscara a year and a half ago, morning of la Dia de Catalunya, I ran into powdered lime markings across the Cami which led me West and then north, back to the bakery. When I got back into town, it was over run with people in race - running clothes! Oops!

    Not yet. I am planning to walk a small portion, Sant Pere de Rodes to Vic, in September. I have never Camino - ed before, not religious, not a walker, we'll see how it goes! And then I might be back for more.

    How can a camino be fake? You start where-ever you start and you walk to where you're going. If I lived in Llanca (instead of New England) my Camino would start at my front door, right?
