    I am currently working as a Hospitalaro in a newly reopened Donativo Albergue in Vergen del Camino, just a short distance from Leon. It was closed for 5 years due to, initially the pandemic. It is sparkly clean and looking for wayward Pilgrims

    Time Shifting

    I spent almost my whole working life travelling between time zones. The only real solution is to get some exercise in the daylight when you arrive. A walk for 45 min to an hour is very helpful. And just switch to the new time. Go to bed at a "normal" time and get up at a "normal" time. Avoid...
