As she seems worried about hydration and electrolytes, there are lightweight, small powdered packages that you can add to water bottles. Can you share your packing list with her, just to give her a blueprint for success...

    Plus effective segregation would require a level of honesty and self-knowledge not always found in humans. It wouldn't take much to make a mockery of the effort. A lot of gas being wasted on this topic. AND, think of who would willingly sign up for a sleepless night....I just can't picture it.

    As toilet paper is being deposited, all that’s missing is a plastic trowel in your pack to bury the evidence. They are lightweight and allow you to follow the basic rule to “leave no trace”.
