    I'm on a 2 day retreat in Sedalia CO. Beautiful grounds but the most I could handle physically, emotionally, and spiritually was the 2-mile loop on their open space.

    Last long hike before leaving for Madrid and SJPP next Tuesday. 13 miles/2000 ft elevation gain. Worse part was I chose a trail with lots of exposed sections, including a lot of walking with sheer dropoffs on the trail's edge. not my favorite training hike, but it got the job done...
