The Coast Track in the Royal National Park, Sydney Australia. 26KM with an overnight camp about 18KM in, right on the beach at North Era. An absolutely beautiful little trek.

This was taken in late October @VNwalking . It'd look a bit different now unfortunately 😢

    Portugues or Frances?

Hey @Snowglobe, also consider the Variante Espiritual along the Portugués. I'm really looking forward to this stretch when I tackle it next year. I've got some info here about it: https://camino-a-go-go.blogspot.com/2019/01/a-plan-is-hatched.html Buen Camino:)

What is the most unusual thing you have seen on any Camino?

A vertebrae of Saint Sebastian? I can't see any arrows but the rope ties in (no pun intended) with his story.

What is the most unusual thing you have seen on any Camino?

Whoa! That would be Saint Agatha (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agatha_of_Sicily). I saw similar imagery in Malta, where she is said to have taken refuge at one point.

    Showering and changing/washing clothes...how often?

I never did it myself, but I met people along the way who did. Obviously you’d take them off, dry yourself and change into dry, clean clothes once you’re finished in there.

    Sello "timing"?

As everyone else said, there are no specific times. I always tried to get mine at a church/cathedral somewhere during the day and then where I was staying that night. I didn't want a stamp from an albergue that I didn't stay at and I didn't want a random coffee shop. To me, for whatever...

What was the biggest surprise of your Camino?

Just how much a good night's rest helps to mend the body. There were a couple of nights along the way where I went to bed aching and thought the worst (Astorga springs to mind: https://camino-a-go-go.blogspot.com/2018/05/day-21-astorga-to-foncebadon.html) but after a good night's sleep, I was...

Camino de Santiago “Cafe con leche” Beer!!!!!

Oh wow! Thanks, @Vacajoe, for posting. I'm mad keen to try this. If any beer nerds are doing the Camino from April 23- May 23, keep an eye out for a guy in a Dave's Brewery Tours t-shirt or hat. That'll be me. I'm a tour guide in Sydney with Dave's and would love to grab a beer with you and...
