    Food on the Camino, what do you miss?

    Croquettes. Padron Peppers. Tapas/Pinchos in general and as a drink while walking aside from water, Aquarius . And on hot days I enjoy tinto de verano after my walk before moving on to vino tinto. But....leaving for Spain again in April so the wait is not too long :)

    I have been on the camino 4 times and never got bitten. I sleep in private rooms but know they can be in 5 star hotels too, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.     Second time still a charm - or looking to repeat past experiences?

    I met a guy during my 1st Camino and he was walking his second. I thought "why would you want to do the same route twice ?" . That was in 2015. Now I am going for the 5th time on the CF June 22. LOVE IT ! Enough said :)

    Started today on a 4 day thru hike in the Florida Keys . Island hopping on foot . Great practice and a true ( well kind of 🤪) mini Camino vibe to prep for the Frances in June 2022 . 👣👍👣

    Ok ....my personal preferences from experience. My first Frances was continuously and I only took once a bus to forward 10 km . I even called one of my kids to discus before taking the bus because I felt so guilty ha ha ha. The next 3 times on The Frances, I picked stretches that worked for me...

    I think I'm losing it

    You're absolutely not alone. Since deciding on going to Spain again in June 2022, I do the same....I KNOW I don;t need the spreadsheets etc because it will be my 5th time on the CF but it's just to satisfy my cravings to be somehow passing the time till it's June. I only have 3 weeks this time...
