US ATM cards not working
On Caminos in Spain (& Portugal) never had a problem with getting money at a bank ATM EXCEPT one time the machine ‘ate’ my bank card — fortunately, the bank was open, and a teller inside retrieved my card. So now, of course, I only withdraw money during banking hours!- jascreative
