    You can do the whole camino not staying at the albergues

    i am not sure if these names apply to the camino frances, however on the camino norte, there are hostels, pensiones and hotels. Look for pensiones, they are the best price, just like a hotel room. They were even cheaper than the youth hostels. dawn

    i also found staying at Ruietland amazing. No one gets up until the music is played at 6am!!! what a great way to start the day. I choose to stay at the unusual spots, not the regular ones for a great experience.

    soap my friend makes a shampoo soap bar, seems like the same as lush. i took 1/2 bar and it lasted 40 days!!
