    Weight, and how its discussion is terrifying me.

    For me, male and 61 years, 10 % vould be 6.5 kg/14,3 lbs. Last yeat i walked the camino Invierno. My pack was 9.8 kg/21.6 lbs With food but without water. I didn't have any problem carrying it.
