    Walking the Camino in late September to Early October

    i concur with this one. i had a fleece poncho for a jacket/blanket and at times added by rain poncho for the outside layer of a three piece sleeping system: silk liner, fleece poncho and rain poncho. i knotted the last one at the bottom to help it stay put.

    Not getting my training time in....

    I walked from Leon last year with no training. I had surgery on a couple of toes and wasn't permitted to walk until about a week before flight. I didn't go far each day, but i did it just fine. And you will too. The important thing is to go! walk the distance you can and stop for the night...

    In Casanova now. Walking very short days. Beyween 6 and 15 k due to sore feet. Lots of space in alburgees. Ot last four nights only one was full nu closinhg. Last nigjt only three of us and space for 20.
