If you had 45-49 days for the Camino Frances, how would you spend it?
Everyone’s obviously different, but I had my husband & 2 young adult kids & SO’s join me in San Sebastián for a week of touring Basque areas of France & Spain & wine tastings. Felt fit & energetic & was glad to see everyone after a pretty intense spiritual experience. We all had a great time!- MST

Not true. I’m a urologist. In the absence of pathology, bladder urine is sterile. Although vaginal bacteria colonize the distal urethra in women, transit time of urine through the urethra is fast, therefore in the absence of pathology, urine contains very few bacteria as it passes.
