How many km a day at the Meseta ?
After the last summer's experience (25km/day) you will find no trouble walking 30-35 or even more per day. I would not recommend more than 40 though, even if you are able to do it; it takes a long time afterwards to recover.(My longest day, only because there was no room at the alberque, was 47...- MariannaP
