    I agree with Spursfan starting from Pamplona (wich is easy to reach from Barcelona by train, intercity, around 4 hours and appr. 40 euro's) will give you plenty of time to reach Santiago if your knees stay okay and the blisters dont hurt so much. You even can enjoy looking around the country...

    Hi ..well i've walked in april 2014 with a silk liner only and i have been wearing my thermo underwear (light and small for packing) for maybe 6 nights only :-) Many albergues have blankets if necessairy so no need to carry a sleepingbag with you !! Buen Camino............

    Peregrina2000 & El Gallo dont pitty me...........look... some see pink elephants wen drinking but afther Calimocho i saw this pink and red and whatever colors and i loved it :) So thats why i didn't changed my drinking habits on the Camino
