I bought 'The Way' on DVD through Amazon - I would imagine that it won't be released here in Australia. I love the movie! I don't care that it may or may not be the real Camino, but it reminds me of so many of my experiences.

I am planning to start my second Camino from Lourdes, starting in 5 weeks. I am planning to walk over the Pyrenees via the Vallee d'Osseau and the Somport Pass, then follow the Camino Aragonese. I walked from SJPdP the first time and it was amazing.

All I can say is tat crossing the Pyrenees from SJPP to Roncesvalles was a highlight of my Camino. Do it if you can! It's a great sense of achievement.
There is a great little private alburgue at Hunto (?) about 1/2 hour walk out of SJPP. Great to get the stage underway the day...
