Hey come on everyone...surely there are more ideas of where I can have a remedial massage along the way! I've just discovered that my muscle & tendon problems of the last 4 months have been caused by taking "statin" drugs for lowering cholesterol. I've stopped taking those, but will need muscle...
Will this get me over the mountain on April 24 ?

Is there any way I can see if the Napoleon Route is closed by looking at my computer? If so, what's the Link? We don't leave until the 3rd May and anything can happen between now & then, but am I I to believe from this post that the route is closed at the moment or are these "Warnings" about...
I will be leaving Roncevalles on the 3rd May and hopefully walking the Napoleonic Route. There doesn't seem to have been any new information posted here in ages. Has it stopped snowing? are people going that way yet? Thanks

I have searched for taxi companies on the net & am not having any luck. Maybe you can help me. My husband & I are travelling with 2 other Australian couples, all about 60yo. We start walking 4May2013 from SJPdP. Our accomodation is prebooked, so we have to be at a destination each night....thats...
Could anyone shed some light on approximately how long it would take to walk to Orrison? I know this sounds a bit like "how long is a piece of string" as there are so many variables, such as how fit I am & how much I will be carrying etc...I will have about 6kg on my back & I have my 60th...
Hi, I'm from Caloundra Qld Australia & will be walking my first camino with my husband. We leave SJPP 4 May 2013. I'm turning 60 this year...probably in Logrono by then if all goes to plan. My husband got a big party & a Rolling Stones signed Fender guitar to celebrate his day. Just like me to...
