    Hi Nimo The guide is heavy so I dismount the book and rip the pages that I will need - it will be half the weight... Also no pillow and no camelbak only 2 half litre bottles I buy everyday and discard as they are empty. I do carry some medicines and some toiletry I cant´see on your photo. Also...
