Advice: should we attempt SJPP to Roncesvalles?
Best to spend the night in Orisson, then on to Roncesvalles the next day. But, good luck getting a reservation. Communication with the albergue there can be challenging and it's a popular place.- rnwinters

I can't get through to Refugio Orisson!
Yes, we had the same problem last year. All I can say is keep trying and be persistent. It took me four tries by e-mail to get a reply. They are very popular and fill up way in advance. My guess is that at this point they are already full. We booked 5 months in advance.- rnwinters
