It's foolhardy to post such an open-ended question (without mentioning what time of year, how fit you are, what type of accommodation you will stay in and so on) and then request no books - well for a start you should get a guidebook such as Brierley and look at how much ascent and descent there...

Much better to ditch the sleeping bag (and the expense and bulk) and just take the silk liner plus a long sleeve merino wool shirt that you can wear at night if too cold (as well as wearing it during the day)

My first Camino from SJPP took 20 days - you just have to walk in the afternoons as well
The bus from the airport leaves at 00 and 30 minutes past the hour - takes some 20 minutes to the bus station and, if you get off at Parliament stop and short walk, some 30 minutes to the railway station

I posted a similar message a few days ago. The train stations in Bayonne and Biarritz will be closed as well. Apparently Express Bourricot is making preparations to offer service from Pau to SJPdP.

A comment to this article says that Bayonne station will also be closed - so Pau seems your only way to get to SJPP that weekend
