Why are you worried Kristinka?
Go with a open mind, you are the most important and your Way. There is no such situation on the Way that the pilgrim cannot overcome.
Believe in yourself and go 😇

Hi hyuns9607 :)
and welcome.
I recommend four things:
1. In Port go to the cathedral, take the stamp and then follow the yellow arrows.
2. The best alberge on the Way is Casa de Fernanda, you certainly spend the very good time...
Hi GuyA :)
when I walked CP, I did not use a guide. Why do you think that you need a guide? I had Maps.me on my cell phone, nothing more.
I did not get lost and I've seen everything I wanted.
You are a pilgrim, put some adventures in your Way :)
Hi Andy T :)
I walked both Camino and I say: go from Lisbon :)
There are pilgrims, but less than CF. There are albergues, but less than CF. There are also bars and cafe, but less than CF.
Or simply said, CP is less commercial than CF ;). But it is more natural, the environment is beautiful...
Hi :)
a few days ago I slept there. Clean, tidy, spacious. Great location, about 7 km to the cathedral.
In the morning nobody gets up at five o'clock ;), have breakfast in peace, get ready without hurries.
And on a gentle stroll we arrive at the cathedral on time at pilgrimage mass at noon...

problematic. This is a good reason to prepare well.
By the way, I bought a plane ticket
06.05 I come to Lisbon and the day after begin my pilgrimage.

Hi Jill:)
as you said, Tomar is the place to “must stop”. I have not visited Portugal yet, so I would like to see significant places with which I will pass.
Bota :)
Hi Albertinho :)
Thank you for your review, I will try to adopt them. Especially for Casa Fernanda. It seems to me that is not a problem prolonged for another 8 km, but after Vitorino dos Piães. It's a too much 30 km to Rubiães. However, I will try something combine. ;)
I think, watching the...
Therefore,
