Thanks for explaining the difference. I guess I'm wondering whether we'll be able to eat an evening meal relatively early while we're in the small towns along the way, or will we be waiting for restaurants to open at 8:30 or 9.
Two years ago on the Frances we usually settled into an albergue late afternoon, rested, and then had a Menu del Dia about 7 p.m. Will the Portugues be the same? What time are the pilgrim meals?
