Thanks Laurie. Looks like it will have to be September for us. April is too soon after our Le Puy and we are thinking late September to avoid the heat, However, your point of rain is an important consideration. Maybe September 15 is a compromise! :-) Thanks again.

Hi Denise. My wife and I are considering the Portuguese in September. Don't know when ...may be mid to late September to avoid any chance of hot weather. BTW, we live in Sacramento. Will know more later. Take care!
