Whatever you do don't miss the Thursday market in Barcelos. I stayed at Residencial Solar da Estacao.Nothing fancy ...........clean and right across from the market. I'm going again in Oct.
I have walked the France's in 2012 and Norte in 2014. Planning on Porto to Sdc and Finesterra first part of October. I am most interested in buildings, Roman bridges, etc and it looks like the interior is more what I would like. If you have done maybe both routes would you please advise...
I walked the Frances in 2012 and the Norte/Frances in 2014 and planning the Portuguese in Sept or Oct of this year. I wonder if anyone has walked from Porto on the center route and then crossed over to the coast in Spain and walked first to Muxia and then to SDC.
