True, a good average - though the daily costs can be quite a lot less. If you live simply then you don't have to buy coffee or cold drinks or ice cream. You don't ever have to buy a meal in a cafe, nor wine. It is really simple to carry food with you - for instance, were you to carry sausage...- Br. David

Planning to walk the El Camino in July/August 2011
All is well. Whatever you plan your own Camino will be completely different from those plans ... if you don't have Spanish you will discover mime - if it is important then a translating pilgrim will appear at your shoulder .. all is well (except - weigh everything!!!!!!) :wink:- Br. David
