    Gil Can I suggest that you take a taxi 28KMs to St Jean Pied De Porte and commence your Camino from there. It is unlikely that you will be able to walk over the Pyrenees via the Napoleon Route due to snow and or foul weather but to walk from St Jean is special, even if it is on the alternative...
