Latest guidebook for the Norte
I used the Wise Pilgrim app when I did the Norte earlier this year. I worked great and I highly recommend it. IMHO apps are better as they are more easily updated than paper guidebooks.- Charlotte Helbig

Where to walk for 10 days in May?
If you want a route that is less busy you might consider the Camino Ingles. It is 5 days from Ferrol to Santiago. It is another 4 days or so from Santiago to Finisterre/Muxia AND it is a beautiful walk. Or you could do part of the Portuguese. When you are in Lisbon make sure to visit Castelo Sao Jorge. It's not too far up the hill from the Cathedral. We enjoyed not only the castle but the surrounding historical areas. How about a bag that is used for checking strollers? I found one at Target.com. It is called Gate Check made by JL Childress.
