My Camino was a great adventure with me the explorer! So I just took one of my two cats' names ( the female) because it matched the kids TV show ...Dora the Explorer. I could have picked the other cat and been Go Diego Go. My Camino was this year-13. /Patti- Doratheexplorer-13

My Camino was wonderful!! I highly recommend the Caminho Portuguese. I walked alone almost all of it, but met up with people at the albergues in the evening. I liked it this way. Most people travelled faster than me. I took 15 days resting for one due to a sore leg (shin splints).. I am glad I...- Doratheexplorer-13

Porto to Santiago in Nov 2013
Hi All, Start from Porto on Nov 6 - my 50th! I will head south from the Cathedral, follow Rio Douro to the coast which should add a day I guess. Plan to head inland at Vila de Conde .... and then ... sometime after that I will get to Santiago.... there is no rush.- Doratheexplorer-13
