Camino in 2008
Island Big shout out to Iceland! I had a wonderful week their this summer. At least you have excellent places to go for your training hikes. My only regret about visiting is that I want to return so badly. Perhaps I'll make a stopover on my way to Santiago (and one on my way back).- JustRob

Foot Care I also recommend Body Glide. Great stuff, and you can use in on other parts of your body where you get chafing, like your thighs. There's is also another treatment out there that is anti-fungal & anti-bacterial.- JustRob
