    Camino from Pamplona and need advice

    Carrying e - supplies is always a good idea. Mine were always in my pack and replenished if used, A Bag of Babybel cheeses, a large chocolate bar and an orange. I particularly enjoyed the orange after the descent from Alto del Pardon - also great if you run out of water.
