I will be walking through SJPdP (not through Jaca) and then continuing on to Santiago. Arles was a very tempting starting point for some reason, but it would add another 4 or 5 weeks to my already extended 7 week leave from work and wife... so, not this time around!
Hi John. Unlike you I'm a true newby! I booked my flights a few days ago too and, although starting from Lourdes, I'll be arriving in SJPdP on 6th Sep and leaving the following morning (if I survived the first week that is!). We may bump onto each other perhaps. Buen Camino!
