Yes indeed, life and the Camino often prove to have different plans than we do. We have become more and more convinced that things happen for a reason and if we are patient, it usually becomes clear to us. At least that makes us feel better when things don't go as planned! We picked up in our trail in Burgos in 2015 with a month available to us time wise. We had ample time to get to Santiago and carried on to Finisterre and Muxia before returning to Madrid for our flight home. We were careful to minimize our distances at the start to avoid injuries. Hello, if I have understood correctly ( and chances are good that I haven't, haha!) this is the first step to adding myself to the calendar?
